Hmm, you left out:
"CNN reached a legal settlement with a security contractor Friday
after a Florida jury found the network had defamed him by suggesting
he was charging "exorbitant prices" to evacuate people from
Afghanistan after the U.S. withdrawal in August 2021.
Details of the settlement have not been disclosed. But jurors found
the network should pay $5 million to U.S. Navy veteran Zachary Young
for lost finances and suffering, and said he was eligible for more in
punitive damages. The final figure could have been far higher.
"We remain proud of our journalists and are 100% committed to strong,
fearless and fair-minded reporting at CNN, though we will of course
take what useful lessons we can from this case," CNN said in a
statement after the settlement was revealed in court.
CNN's story, which aired in November 2021, focused on Afghans'
concerns that they faced extraordinary costs in a "black market" to
secure safe passage for relatives and friends, especially those who
had worked with U.S. agencies and organizations and therefore were
considered targets of the Taliban."

"ABC News and anchor George Stephanopoulos reached a settlement with
President-elect Donald Trump on Saturday, with the network agreeing to
issue an apology and pay a Trump-related foundation $15 million in
addition to $1 million for Trumps attorney fees.
The settlement, filed in federal court in Miami Saturday afternoon,
marks a win for Trump, who sued the network and its star anchor for
libel after Stephanopoulos said on air that Trump was found liable for
the rape of writer E. Jean Carroll. Last year, a jury hearing a civil
suit brought by Carroll found that Trump sexually abused and defamed
her, but found Trump not liable for rape. Still, a federal judge in
New York later ruled that it was accurate to say that Trump was found
liable for rape in common modern parlance.
According to the settlement, first reported by Fox News, ABC News must
append an editors note expressing regret to the online article in
which Stephanopoulos televised comments appear."
